• The Protected Protégé – Jordan Linden: Convicted 26 March 2026 over a series of sexual offenses (10 out of 15 charges), including sexual assault, stalking, and unwanted sexual communication against boys and young men. The youngest victim was 14 years old. Served as Chair of the Scottish Youth Parliament (2015-2016) and was a prominent active supporter and the political face of the TIE campaign’s regional rollouts. • 2012 Blueprint: In a global first, Scotland published its Gender Reassignment Protocol in 2012. This wasn’t a cautious medical guideline; it was a standardised roadmap designed to fast-track and formalise medical pathways for transition before the rest of the world had even begun to study the long-term biological harms.

• Resistance to Safeguards: When NHS England finally began to sound the alarm on puberty blockers in 2023, the Scottish Government deliberately resisted following suit. It clung to the affirming model at the Sandyford Clinic, ignoring clear clinical warnings until the weight of the Cass Review made their position politically and legally untenable, while continuing to evade scrutiny.
