You will find the name Scott Martin:

Untrustworthy News
Evidently, the BBC, The Scottish Sun, The Daily Record, and The National have been aggressively peddling the false narrative that Alex Salmond ‘set up’ or ‘launched’ the legal entity Yes Scotland Ltd. When organizations bound by Royal Charters or stated editorial standards of “due accuracy” ignore the public record to reinforce a demonstrably false origin story, we must stop characterizing these instances as mere ‘mistakes.’
The Daily Record attempted to perform a silent, retrospective edit of its copy after the error was exposed, yet all other outlets remain unrepentant. Disturbingly, the BBC continues to assert that Yes Scotland Ltd was ‘launched’ by Salmond, while The National (a so-called leading pro-independence publication that should be acutely aware of the historical and legal facts) persists in claiming the company was ‘set up’ by him. When these organizations knowingly disregard primary, verifiable evidence to smear a deceased political figure, it ceases to be journalism; it is active, institutional disinformation:
