"Police Scotland was at the centre of a storm of criticism last night after comparing feminist campaigners who oppose transgender policies to Nazis.
The Mail can reveal a document was circulated within the force saying ‘gender binary’ [the belief there are only two genders] was a ‘key feature’ of the Nazis’ beliefs.
It is believed to have been written by a police officer or member of civilian staff with responsibility for liaising with gay and transgender employees.

"Police Scotland has withdrawn from a diversity scheme run by Stonewall, the controversial gay and transgender rights group.
The charity has been criticised for its stance on trans issues. Police Scotland is understood to be the first high-profile Scottish public body to have quit the scheme, which has attracted the support of the Scottish government — currently 89th on Stonewall’s top 100 employers index...
